Two assisted-living operators we work with, and the company of our own where we test things first. Clients are not named. Every figure is dated, carries its source, and can be checked in a search.
How to read these: positions marked Ahrefs are that tool's estimate of Google rankings on 30 October 2026. Positions marked Google or Bing were checked by hand on the same day. Nothing here is a projection, and no ranking is guaranteed to hold.
Luxury assisted living operator
Gurgaon, IndiaA premium assisted-living home competing with national senior-care chains for every local search. Today it holds the map pack for the city's assisted-living searches and ranks on page one across India for the category.
Starting point
Strong care, a thin online presence, and the big chains on every search families make.
What the work covers
- Google Business Profile built for the map pack, and a review engine
- A page for each care line, including dementia and memory care
- A publishing programme: 64 articles since November 2025

The honest limit: For the head term "assisted living gurgaon", the blue links on Google are held by directories. This operator wins that search through the map pack, not the organic list.
Senior care and assisted living operator
Gurgaon, IndiaA senior-care operator with several care lines and, at the start, no page for most of them. Today it is the first organic result on Google for elder-care-home searches in its city and holds the map pack with the highest rating in the set.
Starting point
Assisted living, dementia care and respite care on offer, with no page that answered the searches for them.

- A page for each care line, and a public pricing page, which most operators avoid
- Google Business Profile and reviews
- A blog that has published 137 articles since April 2024

The honest limit: For the two biggest head terms, assisted living and senior living, a competing local operator holds first place and this one sits second.
Our own company

The honest limit: Its domain rating is 13, which is low. The results come from pages that match how each country searches, not from link building.
